Fees and Payment

If your pet is receiving routine wellness care, we would be happy to provide an estimated cost over the phone. For dental checks or other non-routine procedures, an estimate will not be possible until we see your pet.

Is Payment Required At the Time of Service?

Yes, and for your convenience we do accept cash, debit, and personal checks (with appropriate identification). We also accept these major credit cards:

  • VISA
  • MasterCard
  • Discover Card
  • American Express

Do You Have Pet Insurance and/or Previous Records?

If you do have pet insurance, please bring any paperwork that our staff may need to fill out with you to your appointment.

To help us keep your pet’s information and health history accurate, we also appreciate receiving any records. If you do not have these records on-hand, you also can provide your previous veterinarian’s contact information.
